· Grilled Lemon Oregano Tuna Sandwich with cucumber yogurt sauce (a Mediterranean delight!)

· Southwestern Chiptole Salad with Baby romaine lettuce, roasted corn, diced tomatoes, freshly grated Parmesan cheese with Chipotle Caesar dressing (This can prepared as a salad or as a wrap)

· Portobello Mushrooms in balsamic thyme with Gorgonzola butter and red pepper vinaigrette 

· Bruschetta with Sharp Gorgonzola, salty Kalamata Olives and grilled red peppers              

· Grilled Vegetable Sandwich (Eggplant, zucchini, and green onions) served with a balsamic vinaigrette and roasted garlic spread, served with or without smoked mozzarella cheese   

· Grilled Vegetable Sandwich (with Pesto and fresh Mozzarella Cheese) with grilled red pepper, eggplant, homemade pesto and fresh mozzarella cheese 

· Eggplant, Tomato and Goat Cheese Sandwich with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted eggplant and Montrachet Cheese 

· Roquefort with Walnuts on Nutty Raisin Bread

· Fresh Mozzarella, roasted garlic and red peppers, fresh basil and homemade vinaigrette on a crusty baguette
